根据辽宁省中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程要求,开展基于案例的情境测评,设计不同信息化教学环境下中小学教师信息技术应用能力评价量规。采用特尔斐法、层次分析法确定评价量规的指标体系和指标权重,采用专家咨询法对量规进行效果评价,设计针对四种信息化教学环境的评价量规,以期通过日常教学情境客观、科学地评价教师信息技术应用能力提升的效果,为中小学教师信息技术培训评价质量提供有力的保障,进而有效地利用信息技术促进教师专业发展。

The Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the index system and index weight of the evaluation gauge. The expert advisory method was used to evaluate the effect of the gauge.
