目的:建立同时测定苦豆子中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱、氧化槐果碱和苦豆碱的RP-HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为ODS-A柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm,流动相为0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(三乙胺调pH5.5)-甲醇(90∶10,V/V),柱温30℃。结果:苦豆子中的5种生物碱的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9990~0.9998之间,平均回收率为97.71%~105.67%。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于苦豆子的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of matrine, oxymatrine, sophoridine, oxysophocarpine and kelnine in Sophora alopecuroides. METHODS: The column was ODS-A (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 205 nm. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% acetic acid in glacial acetic acid (adjusted to pH 5.5 with triethylamine) Methanol (90:10, V / V), column temperature 30 ° C. Results: The linear relationship between the five alkaloids in Sophora alopecuroides was good with the correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9990 to 0.9998. The average recoveries ranged from 97.71% to 105.67%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Sophora alopecuroides.
