本文运用断裂力学的方法对含锑ZL_(104)铝合金在不同热处理工艺下的断裂韧性进行了一系列的测试,探索了热处理工艺对断裂韧性的影响规律;并从微观与宏观两个方面寻求最佳的热处理工艺制度。结果表明:含锑ZL_(104)铝合金较好的热处理工艺为545℃保温6小时淬火,在185℃时效12小时。
In this paper, a series of tests on the fracture toughness of antimony-containing ZL_ (104) aluminum alloy under different heat treatment processes are carried out by using the method of fracture mechanics, and the influence laws of the heat treatment process on fracture toughness are explored; and the micro and macro aspects are sought The best heat treatment process system. The results show that the better heat treatment process of ZL_ (104) aluminum alloy containing antimony is quenching at 545 ℃ for 6 hours and aging at 185 ℃ for 12 hours.
