民商法教学是一种实践教学法。情境教学法是为实现民商法教学效果优化的一种有效途径。论文主要针对民商法教学中情境创设理念与超越的现实状况,基于民商法教学理论的基本含义,分别从教学的导言创意,教学内容的改良革新,教学方法的推陈出新,教学目标的实事求是、教学艺术的创设超越等方面对民商法教学中情境创设理念的塑造与超越进行了探讨与研究。
Civil and commercial law teaching is a kind of practice teaching method. Situational teaching is an effective way to optimize the teaching effect of civil and commercial law.
