在2000年以前,我市高中后教育处于由旧模式向新模式的转换过程中,另外高中后教育模式的发展变化直接受政治、经济体制改革进程的制约,现仅根据可预想到的情况,对我市九十年代高中后教育的模式粗略设想如下: (一) 类型结构我市九十年代高中后教育的类型分为学历教育和非学历教育两个系列。九十年代学历教育系列的规模将基本上保持不变。重点应放在专业设置合理化和提高教学质量上,使毕业生真正达到专科水平。同时应努力扩大非学历教育系列,大力开展专业证书教育,加强在职教育的针对
