建设工程造价管理不仅仅是在工程施工阶段业主或施工单位所面临的任务,而是在工程投资决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段由政府主管部门、行业协会、业主、设计方、承包方以及有关咨询机构的共同任务。尽管各过程、各参与主体的地位、利益、角度等有所不同,但必须建立完善的协同工作机制,才能实现建设工程造价的有效控制。
Construction project cost management is not only the task facing the owner or construction unit during the project construction stage, but the project management team at the decision-making stage, design stage, construction stage and completion acceptance stage of the project construction are composed of the government departments, trade associations, owners, designers, Contractor and the advisory body’s common task.
