形成性评价是对学生的学习过程和其过程中反映出来的情感态度、价值观、学习策略、文化意识等进行评价,有利于培养学生的学习兴趣和综合能力。随着课程改革的进行,对形成性评价的重视已成为未来教学评价发展的必然。英语教师如何在教学形成性评价中扮演好自己的角色尤为重要。本文对形成性评价的定义及特点进行了阐述,并与大家分享本人在英语教学形成性评价的实施中的所做、所思,从而进一步对英语教师在形成性评价中的角色进行探讨。
Formative assessment is to evaluate students ’learning process and their emotional attitudes, values, learning strategies and cultural awareness reflected in the process of learning, which is conducive to cultivating students’ interest in learning and comprehensive ability. With the progress of curriculum reform, the emphasis on formative evaluation has become the inevitable development of the future evaluation of teaching. It is particularly important that English teachers play their roles in the formative evaluation of teaching. This paper elaborates the definition and characteristics of formative evaluation, and shares with you what I have done in the formative evaluation of English teaching, so as to further explore the role of English teachers in formative evaluation.
