目前高校食堂一般是引进社会资本经营,外包模式虽然减轻了学校后勤部门的工作压力,但是窗口垄断也暴露出各种问题。高校食堂与学生、教工的食品安全息息相关,是高校机构中的重要一环。在过去由于监管不到位造成的卫生情况下、菜品种类少、反馈不及时等问题,学生对食堂信任度降低,高校食堂也陷入了恶性循环。因此,高校食堂应该从建立饭菜质量安全标准、菜品循环更新体系、问题及时反馈系统等方面,重新搭建学生对高校食堂的信任程度。

In the past due to regulatory health problems caused by inadequate, less variety of dishes, the feedback is not timely and other issues, students reduce trust in the canteen, college cafeteria has plunged into a vicious circle. Therefore, the canteen of colleges and universities should re-establish the students’ confidence in the canteens of colleges and universities from the aspects of establishing food quality and safety standards, circulation system of dishes, and timely feedback system of problems.
