本文以水晶石公司为案例,分析了该企业在短短13年的时间内从一个只有3个成员的图像工作室飞速发展到在国内外拥有十家分公司的全球规模最大的一家CG企业。文章着重阐述了水晶石公司在激励人才方面的策略,不仅包括其针对核心骨干员工的产权激励,即“内部合伙人”制度,也包括针对普通员工的人性化关怀,即关注员工职业生涯发展、强势品牌、企业制度和工作环境的人性化、总经理的人格魅力等,这样的企业制度和领导风格对于企业的成长起到了至关重要的作用,以期对其他企业有所借鉴和启示。
This article, taking Crystal Stone as a case study, analyzes the rapid development of this company from an image studio with only 3 members in just 13 years to one of the largest CG companies in the world with 10 branches both at home and abroad. The article focuses on Crystal Stone’s strategy of motivating talent not only in terms of its property rights incentives for key employees, namely the “internal partnership” system, but also the humane care for ordinary employees, that is, the employee’s professional career Development, strong brand, humanity of the enterprise system and working environment, personality charisma of the general manager, etc. Such enterprise system and leadership style play a crucial role in the growth of the enterprise in order to draw lessons from other enterprises.
