通过AP—PCR或RAPD法,扩增人参属3种药用植物鲜根或干燥根的DNA。发现人参或西洋参指纹都是一致的,而与材料来源和年生无关。另一方面,从伪品所获得的指纹差异很大。因此,这种PCR方法可以作为与人参植物有关的伪品的一种鉴别方法。指纹相似程度的分析证实了人参与西洋参的亲缘关系比与三七的更近。
The DNA of fresh or dried roots of three medicinal plants of Panax genus was amplified by AP-PCR or RAPD. The fingerprints of ginseng or American ginseng were found to be identical, but not related to the source of material and the annual age. On the other hand, the fingerprints obtained from counterfeit goods vary greatly. Therefore, this PCR method can be used as a method of identification of counterfeit products related to ginseng plants. The analysis of the degree of fingerprint similarity confirmed that the kinship of human participation in American ginseng was closer than that of Panax pseudoginseng.
