呼和浩特地区地下水按水文地质分区，浅层水分为7个区。深层水分为6个区。为了解不同水文地质分区的水质特点，对浅层、深层不同地质分区分别进行水质检测分析。结果显示，高砷、高氟、贫碘水分布较为广泛、解决这类饮水问题，仍是当务之急。 Hohhot groundwater according to hydrogeological zoning, shallow water is 7 districts. In order to understand the water quality characteristics of different hydrogeological zoning, the water quality analysis and analysis was carried out on the shallow and deep geological subdivisions separately.
