本文从零售企业综合实力、管理能力、零售技术水平和自有品牌建设四个角度比较了中外零售企业的差距,然后分析了导致这种差距存在的原因,在此基础上提出了后过渡期内我国零售企业宜采取的主要对策。文章认为我国要提高零售企业竞争力必须要加大培养我国本土化的优势零售企业的力度,从政策上尽力多扶持,引导企业制订有效的发展战略,全面提升自身的竞争能力。
This article compares the retail enterprise gap between China and foreign countries from four angles of comprehensive strength, management ability, retail technology level and self-owned brand construction of retail enterprise, and then analyzes the reasons leading to the existence of this gap. On this basis, The main countermeasures that Chinese retail enterprises should take. The article believes that to improve the competitiveness of retail enterprises in China, we must increase our efforts to cultivate the superiority of China’s localization retailers, try our best to support them from the policy, guide enterprises to formulate effective development strategies and comprehensively enhance their competitiveness.
