A detailed analysis was made on the monitoring data of 292 long-range and long-term quality monitoring points in 12 districts and counties in the suburbs of Beijing (2006), and the soil organic matter content in the topsoil was divided into five levels (refer to the classification and classification of soil nutrients in Beijing) , Level 4 (low level of organic matter) arable land accounted for 55.3% of the total monitored area, Beijing arable land plow layer of soil organic matter average content of 15.40g kg-1; grain, vegetables, fruits and other four planting modes, vegetable fields The content of organic matter in tillage soil was the highest, reaching 17.65g kg-1, followed by other planting fields, orchards and grain fields. As the main soil types in Beijing suburb, the content of organic matter in cultivated soils was not significantly different 15.40g kg-1 and 15.09g kg-1. The differences of organic matter content in topsoil with different textures were obvious. The more soils were, the higher the organic matter content was.
