对基于共轭鼓形齿面裂纹痕迹的失效破坏现象,在裂纹的主要诱因是最大拉应变的理论下,利用三维弹性边界元法进行了理论研究分析,得出了裂纹痕迹随着轴间夹角的改变而变化的运动规律以及裂纹的起源、扩展形成机理.还对该鼓形齿联轴器在专用试验台架上进行了静态下的动态模拟实验.
Based on the theory of three dimensional elastic boundary element method, the crack damage caused by the failure of the conjugate drum-shaped tooth flaw is studied theoretically. The relationship between the crack trace and the axial gap The changing law of angular movement and the origin of cracks expand the formation mechanism. The drum-shaped tooth coupling was also subjected to a static dynamic simulation experiment on a special test bench.
