Autism Spectrum Disorder is a type of brain development disorder in children with social communication disorder as the core.In early years, early screening of autism spectrum disorder has been widely studied. This study aims to explore the social communication questionnaire in the autism spectrum disorder Application of screening in primary screening Preschool children in 4 kindergartens in Shanghai were selected as screening subjects and social communication questionnaires were used to screen their autism spectrum disorders. It was found that 2 children were autistic spectrum disorders Suspected children, the suspected prevalence was 2.3 / 1000. Children with autism spectrum disorders were selected as the case group, all non-autistic children involved in the screening of the questionnaire as a control group, calculate the sensitivity and specificity of the questionnaire. Results , The sensitivity and specificity of the questionnaire were 0.74 and 0.93 respectively. The distribution of the questionnaire scores in the general population and the questionnaire item analysis mode were analyzed. The results showed that the total score of the social communication ability questionnaire (SCQ) in the general population was 0-20, x was 8.74 ± 3.9 and showed an approximately normal distribution. All more than 70% of control children were positive for autism on the assessment of some of the SCQ scales and the positive rate of the project response was higher than that of the cases To sum up, the cut-off values suggested by the SCQ manual may not be suitable for primary screening, and appropriate reduction of the cut-off values may increase the validity of the questionnaire. Many items in the questionnaire do not distinguish between good and bad Children with schizophrenia and other children.
