西藏墨脱是迄今为止我国唯一不通公路的县,墨脱公路建设将填补国内公路建设史上的巨大空白。本文全面阐述了墨脱公路工程可行性研究过程中的总体设计思路,提出项目建设必须尊重自然,只有在充分认识项目建设条件的基础上,科学决策,反复论证,制定切实可行的建设目标,拟定科学的建设思路及原则,项目建设才能顺利推进。 To date, Tibet Medog is the only county in our country that has no access roads. The construction of Medog highway will fill a huge gap in the history of domestic road construction. This paper comprehensively expounds the overall design mentality of the feasibility study of Motuo highway project. It is suggested that the construction of the project must respect nature. Only by fully understanding the construction conditions of the project, making scientific decisions, repeatedly arguing and establishing feasible construction goals, Scientific ideas and principles of construction, project construction can be successfully progressed.
