幼儿教师教学反思能力的提高是教师专业成长的有效标志,主要是指教师对自己所做出的某种教学行为以及由此所产生的结果进行课后分析的过程。幼儿教师教学反思能包括教育教学理论水平的提高和对教学内容深度广度的拓展,教师的只有通过自我实践的反思和训练才能使教学能力得到提高,如果仅仅满足于获得经验而不对经验进行深人的思考就不可能有什么改进。要提高幼儿园教师教学反思能力,使反思成为教师的一种习惯,在反思中实现自我发展,就需要采取一些积极有效的措施和手段。
