2009年3月2日,中国社会科学院国际合作局和国际学部与经济合作与发展组织(OECD)主办、拉美所承办、中国石油天然气集团公司协办的中国社会科学院国际学术论坛“2008～2009年拉丁美洲和加勒比:社会凝聚和全球金融危机的新挑战”召开。第九届和第十届全国人大常委会副委员长、中拉友好协会会长成思危,中国社会科学院常务副院长王伟光等出席会议并作了主题演讲。现将成思危副委员长、王伟光常务副院长的演讲整理摘编发表。
March 2, 2009, hosted by the International Cooperation Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the International Department and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), hosted by Latin America and sponsored by China National Petroleum Corporation, CASS International Academic Forum “2008-2009 Latin America and the Caribbean: New Challenges of Social Cohesion and the Global Financial Crisis ”. Vice Chairman of the Ninth and Tenth NPC Standing Committees, Cheng Siwei, President of the China-Latin America Friendship Association and Wang Weiguang, Executive Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences attended the meeting and delivered keynote speeches.
