文章针对我国房地产企业整体资产负债率偏高、融资渠道过于单一的现状,在对资本结构相关理论分析的基础上,以房地产上市公司作为研究对象,采用多元回归分析的方法,对我国房地产上市公司的资本结构现状和影响因素进行深入研究,并根据实证分析结论,对我国房地产企业资本结构优化途径提出具体建议。
According to the current situation that the overall asset-liability ratio of real estate enterprises in our country is too high and the financing channels are too single, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the capital structure, taking the real estate listed companies as the research object and the multiple regression analysis methods, Capital structure of the status quo and influencing factors in-depth study, and based on the conclusions of empirical analysis of China’s real estate capital structure optimization approach to make specific recommendations.
