由于渤海油田的地层特性以及目前开采的工作制度等各种因素的影响,使得井内出砂,产能下降,最终砂埋分采管柱,因此经常要进行防砂管柱内分采管柱打捞作业。由于生产滑套的规格不同,在砂埋的分采管柱中,如果随分采管柱下入的生产滑套,无法满足套铣要求,只能选择震击倒扣分段式的方法打捞,由于生产滑套入井时上扣扭矩较小,在倒扣打捞过程中极易倒散,对后续打捞作业的进行造成困难,轻则增加工期和费用,重则破坏鱼顶,甚至报废该井。本文结合现场实践,阐述了分段式滑套打捞技术。结合现场应用的有关数据,总结出滑套打捞技术的关键点,为今后滑套打捞作业提供有力的参考依据。

Based on the relevant data of the field application, the key points of the sliding sleeve salvage technology are summarized, which provides a powerful reference for the sliding sleeve salvage operation in the future.
