本文论述了混合的Ti粉和Al粉压坯在不同温度和不同阶段烧结处理,Ti粉和Al粉接触状态下的扩散成孔过程及成孔规律;指出了Al原子通过TiAl_3相层扩散进入Ti点阵,Ti粒内层生长、结果使Al粒消失,留下空穴,钛粒膨胀,烧结坯内孔隙增加且大于体积增加。本文还列出所研制的一种孔隙度达21%~61%,抗压强度达16~400N/mm~2的铝钛多孔材料。
In this paper, the sintering process of Ti powder and Al powder compact at different temperatures and different stages, the diffusion process and the pore forming process under the contact of Ti powder and Al powder were discussed. It was pointed out that the diffusion of Al atoms into the Ti Lattice, Ti grain inner layer growth, the results of the disappearance of Al particles, leaving holes, titanium particles expansion, sintered billet porosity increases and greater than the volume increase. This paper also lists a developed porous aluminum-titanium material with porosity of 21% -61% and compressive strength of 16-400 N / mm 2.
