本文围绕安徽省两淮矿区固体废弃物制备的烧结煤矸石空心砖、粉煤灰混凝土空心砌块、粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块3种新型墙体材料进行应用试验研究。通过设计不同围护材料试验房、变频空调、实时监控温湿度数据采集系统、数据处理系统,在夏热冬冷地区同环境下对3种新型围护材料与传统粘土实心砖进行能效评价试验研究。试验结果表明:利用固体废弃物制备新型围护材料比传统实心粘土具有更好的节能效果和环保效益。
This paper focuses on the application of three kinds of new wall materials, such as sintered gangue hollow brick, fly ash concrete hollow block and fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block, prepared by solid waste in Anhui Lianghuai mining area. Through the design of different enclosing materials test room, inverter air conditioner, real-time monitoring temperature and humidity data acquisition system and data processing system, the energy efficiency evaluation of three new types of envelope materials and traditional clay solid bricks was carried out in the same hot summer and cold winter area . The experimental results show that the new type of building materials using solid waste has better energy saving and environmental benefits than the traditional solid clay.
