采用自制超声气体雾化快速凝固制粉装置对Al-4.5%Cu(wt)合金进行了研究,探讨了冷却速度与合金组织形貌间的关系,研究了冷却速度对合金凝固过程及溶质分配的控制机制,得到了平直凝固界面失稳的临界冷却速度Tc,并用显微组织相似定律对实验结果进了比较。
The Al-4.5% Cu (wt) alloy was investigated by self-made ultrasonic atomizing rapid solidification pulverizing equipment. The relationship between the cooling rate and the microstructure of the alloy was investigated. The effects of cooling rate on the solidification process and solute Distribution control mechanism, the critical cooling rate Tc of the instability of the flat solidification interface was obtained, and the experimental results were compared with the similar laws of microstructure.
