Objective To investigate the role and content of PGE2 in the development and progression of bladder cancer. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the content of PGE2 in bladder normal mucosa of 58 cases of bladder cancer patients (referred to as experimental group) and normal bladder mucosa (PGE2) in 20 cases of normal control group (control group) content. Results ① The content of PGE2 in bladder cancer tissues was 84.3 ± 12.37pg / mg, in para-cancerous tissues was 61.29 ± 6.41pg / mg. The bladder normal mucosa in bladder cancer patients was 45.03 ± 3.76pg / mg, while in control bladder mucosa The content of 3.37 ± 3.67pg / mg. (P <0.01, P <0.05). ②The content of PGE2 in the primary and adjacent tissues was 84.63 ± 11.69pg / mg and 59.21 ± 13.53pg / mg; The recurrence group: PGE2 levels in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were 83.79 ± 9.68pg / mg and 63.29 ± 7.63pg / mg respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ (P <0.05). Conclusion ① The level of PGE2 in cancer tissue of bladder cancer patients is obviously higher than that in control group, and increases with the increase of pathological grade. There is no significant difference in the content of PGE2 between cancer patients and control group. Tip PGE2 and bladder cancer occurrence and development are closely related. The content of PC2 in paracancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa, with the potential of malignant transformation.
