一、我厂两代锰铁高炉的三种炉型我厂七号高炉第一代于1966年5月24日开炉,其内型尺寸如图一所示。1971年9月30日大修投产,炉容由原84.5米~3扩大为100米~3,内型尺寸作了较大变动。(图2)。1976年中修,炉喉直径扩大,容积为106.5米~3(图3)。二、炉型尺寸改变的目的84.5米~3高炉,比较细长,炉喉间隙大(520m/m),边缘煤气发展,一直是边缘一道气流操作,炉缸极易堆积。年大修,扩大了容积,内型尺寸作了较大变动,炉型相对矮胖,主要扩大了炉缸直径,以利于加大风量。为了有利于抑制边缘气流的发展,较大幅度的缩小了炉墙间隙(由原520减小至350m/m),炉喉高度有所降
