血卟啉(HpD)在肿瘤细胞中比在正常组织中多十余倍,并且停滞时间延长。用405 nm 的激光可使之激发,在630及690 nm 处形成高峰,发射出萤光。HpD 进入细胞内,用630 nm 激光使之活化,具杀死癌细胞的作用。利用这个特征,与内窥镜结合使用,可作癌的局部诊断和治疗。本组共25例肺癌患者,其中Ⅰ期5例、Ⅱ期2例、Ⅲ期11例,Ⅳ期7例。患者先静脉注射HpD
Hematoporphyrin (HpD) is more than ten times more in tumor cells than in normal tissues, and the arrest time is prolonged. It can be excited with a 405 nm laser and peak at 630 and 690 nm, emitting fluorescence. HpD enters the cell and is activated by a 630 nm laser, which kills cancer cells. Using this feature, combined with endoscopy, can be used for local diagnosis and treatment of cancer. A total of 25 patients with lung cancer were included in this study, including 5 patients in stage I, 2 in stage II, 11 in stage III, and 7 in stage IV. Patient first intravenous HpD
