降糖灵选择性破坏胰岛A细胞大鼠空肠胆碱能神经功能及形态改变的实验研究

目的 观察用降糖灵选择性破坏胰岛A细胞大鼠空肠胆碱能神经功能及形态改变 ,探讨胰岛A细胞与胆碱能神经之间的内在联系。方法 将 73只大鼠随机分为 7组 ,对照组肌注生理盐水 ,实验组肌注1%降糖灵盐液 5ml/kg ,分别于注药后 1、2、3、4、5、6d观察大鼠空肠平滑肌肌电变化 ,并同体取材观察空肠肌间神经丛中清亮小泡。结果 注射降糖灵后 1d肠电快波频率及快波出现率开始减少 ,3~ 4d减少最明显(P <0 0 1) ,5~ 6d逐渐增多。上述改变与空肠肌间神经丛中清亮小泡数量减少呈显著正相关 (r =0 90 ,P<0 0 1)。结论 胰岛A细胞与胆碱能神经功能之间存在内在联系。 Objective To observe the function and morphological changes of jejunal cholinergic nerve of rats with islet A cells selectively destroyed by hypoglycemic agents and to explore the intrinsic relationship between pancreatic islet A cells and cholinergic nerve. Methods 73 rats were randomly divided into 7 groups. The control group was intramuscularly injected with normal saline. The experimental group was intramuscularly injected 5ml / kg of 1% hypoglycemic salt solution. The rats were observed at 1,2,3,4,5,6d after injection Murine jejunum smooth muscle EMG changes, and the same body drawn observation of clear vesicles in the jejunum myenteric plexus. Results The frequency of fast fast wave and the frequency of fast wave started to decrease on the 1st day after injection of bengalin, and the decrease was most obvious on the 3rd to 4th day (P <0.01) and gradually increased on the 5th to 6th day. There was a significant positive correlation between the above changes and the decrease of the number of clear vesicles in jejunum (r = 0 90, P <0.01). Conclusion There is an internal relationship between islet A cells and cholinergic function.
