沥青用量是泡沫沥青冷再生二灰碎石混合料配合比设计的关键指标。借助于灰色关联度分析方法,分析了劈裂强度、浸水劈裂强度、劈裂强度比、无侧限抗压强度等各项性能指标随沥青用量变化的敏感性,选择关联度较高的性能指标作为控制指标,通过权重分配建立了关联度计算公式,并计算确定了最佳沥青用量。结合室内试验进一步验证了关联度公式的合理性,在此基础上提出了泡沫沥青冷再生二灰碎石优化设计流程,可为工程施工提供设计参考。
Asphalt dosage is the key index of foam asphalt cold recycled lime-flyash mixture mix design. With the help of gray relational analysis method, the sensitivity of various performance indexes such as splitting strength, immersion splitting strength, splitting strength ratio and unconfined compressive strength with the change of asphalt dosage was analyzed, and the higher correlation performance Indicators as a control index, established by weight distribution formula for calculating the degree of correlation, and calculated to determine the best asphalt dosage. Combined with the indoor test, the rationality of the formula for the degree of correlation is further verified. Based on this, the optimal design flow of lime-flyash recycled lime foam is proposed, which can provide design reference for engineering construction.
