机床噪声不仅严重地损害操作工人身心健康,干扰工人的工作,而且也会影响精密加工的质量;所以,它是机床动态特性的主要指标之一。机床噪声主要来自齿轮、电机、传动轴、轴承、皮带等,其中以齿轮噪声源为最主要。在齿轮啮合中,噪声的产生受许多因素的影响,如:节线速度、轮齿负荷、齿轮的制造误差和安装误差、模数、螺旋角、压力角、齿轮材料、弹性模量、阻尼系数等等。目前大家都认为,要降低齿轮噪声就必须提高齿轮的制造精度,但是,这样成本太高。
