本文通过标准 COD 试验,研究了 B 30+QT 钢复合材料的焊接接头中裂纹不同取向时的断裂行为。提出了界面附近的“裂纹尖端塑性区畸变”模型。利用扫描电镜研究,得出结论:复合界面处的剪切破坏是“裂纹抑制”作用的重要原因之一。
In this paper, by means of standard COD test, the fracture behavior of cracks in B 30 + QT steel composites welded at different orientations was studied. The “crack tip plastic zone distortion” model near the interface is proposed. Using scanning electron microscopy, it is concluded that shear failure at the composite interface is one of the important causes of “crack inhibition”.
