举国共瞩的全国工业、交通运输、基本建设、财贸方面社会主义建设先进集体和先进生产者代表会议即将开幕。我们欢呼这次群英会的召开,祝贺会议取得最好的成就。机械工业全体职工在党的领导下,反右倾、鼓干劲,掀起了轰轰烈烈的增产节约新高潮,从而使机械工业的生产出现了全面跃进的大好形势。到第三季度末,全国机械工业总产值已经完成了全年计划的77％,这比大跃进的1958年全年的总产值还多4.6％。目前,我们全体机械工人正在继续鼓足干劲,乘胜前进,争取提前半个月或更早一些时间,全面完成今年的国家计划
The National Conference on Industrial, Transportation, Infrastructure, Finance and Trade, the Advanced Collective of Socialist Construction and Advanced Producers will be opened soon. We cheered on this grand meeting and congratulated the meeting for its best achievements. Under the leadership of the Party, all workers in the machinery industry resisted right-handedly and vigorously, which triggered a vigorous production increase and saved new climax, thus giving rise to an all-encompassing and prosperous situation in the production of the machinery industry. By the end of the third quarter, the total output value of the national machinery industry had completed 77% of the annual plan, which was 4.6% more than the total output value of the Great Leap Forward in 1958. At present, all of our mechanical workers are continuing to work hard to win the victory and strive to complete the national plan for this year in full, two months ahead of schedule or earlier.
