CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System,计算机集成制造系统)的概念最早是由美国Haington博士在1974年提出的。
The concept of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) was first proposed by Dr. Haington of the United States in 1974. He believes that the various production processes of an enterprise are inseparable and need to be considered in a unified manner. The entire manufacturing process is essentially the process of collecting, transmitting, and processing information. Since it represents a new type of production that predominates in the late 20th century and the 21st century, many developed countries, such as the United States, Japan, and Western Europe, will develop CIMS as a strategic goal to increase the competitiveness of their manufacturing industries and further occupy the world market. A series of medium and long-term development plans have been formulated. China as a
