以大鼠多巴胺转运蛋白(dopamine transportor,DAT)基因为模板。PCR扩增制备探针,从人类黑质cDNA库最近成功地分离表达了一个3.5k碱基对的DAT cDNA,其相应的基因定位于第5条染色体短臂远端(5p15.3)。这是继90年克隆成功人类GABA和NE转运蛋白之后又一重大进展。
Rat dopamine transporter (dopamine transportor, DAT) gene as a template. PCR amplification was used to prepare probes. A 3.5k base pair DAT cDNA was successfully isolated and expressed from the human nigral cDNA library. The corresponding gene was located on the short arm of chromosome 5 (5p15.3). This is another significant step after 90 years of cloning successful human GABA and NE transporters.
