Hertwig’ s上皮根鞘(ERS)及其残余在牙根形成中的作用仍存在争议。需要解决的一个关键问题是釉蛋白(amelin)在ERS上的存在及它们是否参与了牙骨质的形成。已有实验证实釉基质诱导剂能促进无细胞性牙骨质再生,但它们对完全形成牙根牙骨质的再生是否有作用仍不清楚,本文进行了研究。 材料和方法 12只Sprague-Dawley鼠,年龄分别为50,65和85 d。麻醉状态下切除其上颌骨,经上颌第一磨牙根中部制作矢状组织切片,厚度为7μm。应用釉蛋白和成釉蛋白(arnelogenin)mRNAS位点杂交技术和免疫组织化学方法检测ERS上皮细胞中是否存在釉蛋白和成釉蛋白,同时应用抗表皮角蛋白抗体确定上皮根鞘残余。
The role of Hertwig's epithelial root sheath (ERS) and its remnant in root formation remains controversial. A key issue to be addressed is the presence of amelin on ERS and whether they are involved in the formation of cementum. It has been experimentally confirmed that the enamel matrix inducer can promote the acellular cementum regeneration, but whether they have a role in completely forming the regeneration of the root cementum remains unclear. This article has carried on the research. Materials and Methods Twelve Sprague-Dawley rats aged 50, 65 and 85 days, respectively. Under anesthesia, the maxillary bone was excised and the sagittal section was made in the middle of the maxillary first molars. The thickness was 7μm. Ameloblasts and arnelogenin mRNAs were used to detect the presence of ameloblasts and ameloblasts in ERS epithelial cells. Anti-epidermal keratin antibodies were used to determine the remnants of epithelial root sheath.
