小组合作学习,是小学数学课堂教学中经常会使用到的一种教学方式,能够解决学生单独难以完成的任务。通过小组合作,学生不仅巩固了所学知识,更重要的是培养了团结协作意识,提高了问题解决能力。随着新课改的深入推进,小组合作受到越来越多教师的重视,但在长期的教学实践中仍然存在着诸多的问题,如课堂纪律有待加强、滥竽充数现象严重等,需要教师采取一定的措施,通过完善教学目标、优化问题设计,加强教师参与等途径,提高小学数学课堂教学
