The severity of first-episode stroke is a key factor affecting the prognosis of patients with acute stroke, but prognostic studies of stroke patients often rely on retrospective clinical data. Due to incomplete information, the conclusions are often subject to certain restrictions. The Canadian Neurological Inventory (CNS) is a reliable and validated prospective stroke outcome scoring system. Their long-term prognosis can be assessed shortly after the onset of an acute stroke based on the age of the patient and the score of the first stroke. To this end the author in a series of stroke patients discharge records based on the CNS scoring standards formulated
