对于悬臂施工中的连续梁桥,传统的监控方法缺乏对于应力发展趋势的有效预测。本研究将灰色理论引入应力监控,依据武汉黄陂滠水大桥控制截面应力实测序列建立了多个灰色GM(1,1)模型,预测了桥梁应力随施工进程的发展变化。各灰色模型的后验差检验精度合格,应力全量实测与模型响应序列变化规律相近,说明灰色理论具有实际应用价值。采用滚动优化方法修正后,灰色模型的预测结果与测试结果吻合较好,这说明滚动式GM(1,1)灰色模型具有较高的自适应性。
For continuous beam bridges in cantilever construction, the traditional monitoring methods lack effective prediction of the trend of stress development. In this study, gray theory was introduced into the stress monitoring. Based on the measured sequence of the stress of the control section of Wuhan Huangpi River Bridge, several gray GM (1,1) models were established to predict the development and change of the bridge stress with the construction process. The accuracy of the posterior difference test of each gray model is acceptable, and the change of the total stress measurement and the model response sequence are similar, which shows that the gray theory has practical application value. Using the rolling optimization method, the gray model prediction results are in good agreement with the test results, which shows that the rolling GM (1,1) gray model has high adaptability.
