目的观察腺苷蛋氨酸治疗药物性肝损害的疗效。方法随机将60例药物性肝损害患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组用甘草酸二铵、还原型谷胱甘肽治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用腺苷蛋氨酸1000~1500 mg入生理盐水60 m l静脉注射,1次/d,疗程14~28 d,观察症状及肝功能。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率73.3%,治疗组优于对照组。结论腺苷蛋氨酸治疗药物性肝损害致肝内胆汁淤积能有效改善症状,降低转氨酶,促进胆红素消退。
Objective To observe the curative effect of adenosine methionine on drug-induced liver damage. Methods Sixty patients with drug-induced liver injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and glutathione. The treatment group was given adenosine methionine 1000-1500 mg into saline 60 ml intravenously, 1 time / d, treatment 14 ~ 28 d, observe the symptoms and liver function. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Adenosine methionine treatment of drug-induced liver damage caused by intrahepatic cholestasis can effectively improve the symptoms, reduce transaminases and promote the regression of bilirubin.
