疲惫的时刻,人们总是喜欢洗个热水澡,放松身心,赶走疲劳。但是洗澡水温不宜过热,有研究显示,热洗澡水中蒸发出来的水蒸气,也能让人“中毒”。所谓水蒸气“中毒”就是因浴室空间密闭而导致缺氧性脑病引起的昏迷,俗称“水蒸气中毒”。因此,洗澡时水温与体温接近为宜,即35℃~40℃,水温过高,会使全身表皮血管扩张,心脑血流量减少,发生缺氧。每次洗澡时间以15~30分钟为宜。水过热也会洗去皮肤正常分泌的皮脂,造成皮肤干燥甚至瘙痒。
