目的：制备双氯芬酸钠－β－环糊精包合物分散片。方法：以交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为崩解及分散剂制备分散片并对其进行体外质量评价。结果：所制分散片具有快速崩解、分散及溶出度。结论：本品完全符合《英国药典》中有关分散片的质量标准，是一种值得开发的剂型。
Objective: To prepare diclofenac sodium-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound dispersible tablets. Methods: Dispersed tablets were prepared by the cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone as disintegration and dispersant and evaluated in vitro. Results: The prepared disperse tablets have rapid disintegration, dispersion and dissolution. Conclusion: This product is in full compliance with the “British Pharmacopoeia” about the quality standards of dispersible tablets, is a worth developing formulations.
