空气中三氯苯胺用微孔滤膜采集 ,环已烷解吸 ,经 OV- 17和 OV- 2 10混合色谱柱分离 ,电子捕获检测器检测测定。对采集滤料、洗脱溶剂、采样流量进行了优选。方法的检出限为 0 .0 1mg/ L,当标准溶液浓度为 1~ 10 mg/ L 时 ,相对标准偏差为 4.5 %~ 2 .3% ,线性范围为 0 .0 0 5~ 30 mg/ L。采样效率为98.7%~ 10 0 .0 % ,样品在采样管中可稳定 15天以上。通过现场试验和验证试验证明该方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便 ,采样和运输携带方便 ,适用于空气中三氯苯胺的定点监测和个体监测。各项指标均符合“车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范”和劳动卫生监测的要求。
Trichloroaniline in the air was collected with a microporous membrane filter, and the cyclohexane was desorbed. The mixture was separated by OV-17 and OV-2 10 mixed column and detected by electron capture detector. On the collection filter, elution solvent, the sampling flow rate is preferred. The detection limit of this method was 0.1 mg / L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.5% -2.3% when the concentration of standard solution was 1 ~ 10 mg / L. The linear range was 0.050-30 mg / L. Sampling efficiency of 98.7% ~ 100%, the sample can be stable in the sampling tube more than 15 days. It is proved that the method is accurate, sensitive, rapid, simple and convenient to carry and sample and transport by field test and validation test. It is suitable for the fixed point monitoring and individual monitoring of trichloroaniline in the air. The indicators are in line with “workshop air toxic substances monitoring research norms” and labor health monitoring requirements.
