随着2010年上海世博会的临近,其主题“城市,让生活更美好”也越来越成为人们对“和谐生活”、“和谐城市”的追求与渴望。2008年3月31日在巴黎召开的国际展览局第143次成员国代表大会上,意大利的米兰获得2015年世博会举办权。它的申办主题是“为地球和生命补给能源”。米兰作为意大利经济中心和重要的展览城市,曾于1906年承办过世博会,为迎接2015年世博会的召开,米兰规划了新的世博城,包括国家展馆剧院会堂主题展馆和主题公园及配套的交通、酒店、商业设施等。《建筑创作》杂志社作为中国颇有影响力的专业媒体,率先关注米兰2015世博会的城市规划设计及世博文化的传承,故本期刊登了《建筑创作》杂志社海外特约撰稿人约瑟夫教授对米兰市政厅城市规划负责人的专访、为世博会而建的迷你意大利主题公园设计及欧洲著名杂志L’ARCA提供的2015世博会规划设计的部分竞赛方案以飨读者。
With the approaching of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, its theme of “Better City, Better Life” has increasingly become the pursuit and aspiration of people for “harmonious living” and “harmonious cities.” March 31, 2008 in Paris, the 143st BIE Congress, Milan, Italy won the right to host the 2015 World Expo. Its bidding theme is “Energy for the Earth and Life.” As an Italian economic center and an important exhibition city, Milan hosted the World Expo in 1906. In order to meet the 2015 World Expo, Milan planned a new Expo City, including the National Pavilion Theater Hall Theme Pavilion and Theme Park and supporting Transportation, hotel, commercial facilities and so on. As an influential professional media in China, Architectural Creation magazine is the first to focus on the urban planning and design of Expo 2015 in Milan and the inheritance of World Expo culture. In this issue, Professor Joseph Joseph, an overseas contributing writer of Architectural Creation magazine, Interview with the person in charge of urban planning of Milan City Hall, mini-Italian theme park designed for the Expo and part of the competition plan for the planning and design of the Expo 2015 provided by the famous European magazine L’ARCA.
