双环直流调速系统,由于速度调节器饱和非线性对起动过程的影响,使得转速退饱和超调不同于线性超调。文献[1]将起动退饱和的超调过程转化为突加负载的动态速降过程,利用抗扰性指标计算退饱和超调量。本文给出了计算转速退饱和超调的另外两种方法,并计算了系统在不同参数下的退饱和超调量.其中一种方法是利用初始条件的变换,将起动过程分为两个线性阶段,分别用线性微分方程求解。计算结果与文献[1]的计算数据完全一致,因此,本文给出的计算公式是可用的.
Double loop DC speed control system, due to the speed regulator saturation nonlinearity on the starting process, making the speed of desaturation overshoot is different from the linear overshoot. Literature [1] transforms the process of starting desaturation overshoot into the dynamic descending process of sudden load, and uses the immunity index to calculate the desaturation overshoot. In this paper, two methods to calculate the speed of desaturation and overshoot are given, and the system’s desaturation overshoot under different parameters are calculated. One of the methods is to use the transformation of initial conditions to divide the starting process into two linear Phase, respectively, using linear differential equations to solve. The calculation result is completely consistent with the calculation data in [1]. Therefore, the calculation formula given in this paper is available.
