10只实验犬随机分A和B组,B组在冷钾心脏停搏液中加入茶多酚40mg/kg。在深低温体外循环手术动物模型基础上,观察冠状窦静脉血中血清MDA 浓度、SOD 和CPK 的活性变化。B 组在阻断末MDA 浓度稍有下降,到再灌注早期仅有轻度升高,同时SOD 活性明显升高,而CPK 活性变化不大,与A 组比较呈显著性意义(P<0.05)。结果显示茶多酚有较好的清除和/或抑制氧自由基减轻心肌损伤作用。
Ten experimental dogs were randomly divided into groups A and B. In group B, tea polyphenols 40 mg / kg were added in cold potassium cardioplegia. On the basis of deep hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass surgery animal models, the changes of serum MDA concentration, SOD and CPK activity in coronary sinus venous blood were observed. In group B, the concentration of MDA decreased slightly at the end of blockade, and only slightly increased in the early stage of reperfusion. At the same time, the activity of SOD increased obviously, but the activity of CPK did not change much in group B (P <0.05) . The results show that tea polyphenols have better clearance and / or inhibition of oxygen free radicals to reduce myocardial injury.
