随着人民生活水平的提高,建筑能耗增长迅猛。建筑能耗指建筑使用能耗,包括采暖、空调、热水供应、照明、炊事、家用电器等方面的能耗,其中采暖、空调能耗约占60%~70%。我国建筑节能起步较晚,建筑能耗要比发达国家高很多。为此,不断地开发新的建筑节能技术,提高建筑物的能源利用效率至关重要。实现建筑节能的技术途径,在尽量减少建筑内能源总需求量的同时,大力开发利用可再生的新能源,从而减少使用在建筑领域内易引起环境污染的能源。
With the improvement of people’s living standards, building energy consumption has grown rapidly. The energy consumption of buildings refers to energy consumption of buildings, including energy consumption in heating, air conditioning, hot water supply, lighting, cooking, household appliances, etc., of which heating and air conditioning energy consumption accounts for about 60% to 70%. China’s building energy conservation started relatively late, and building energy consumption is much higher than in developed countries. For this reason, it is crucial to constantly develop new building energy-saving technologies and improve the energy efficiency of buildings. The technological approach to building energy efficiency is to reduce the total energy demand in buildings while at the same time making great efforts to develop and use renewable new energy sources, thereby reducing the use of energy sources that cause environmental pollution in the construction sector.
