为了积极响应县教科局关于城区幼儿园与乡镇幼儿园结对帮扶的号召,尽快缩小城乡幼儿园办园水平的差距,实现教育均衡发展。按照县教科局工作安排,2013年我园和乡宁县幼儿园开展结对帮扶。本着认真借鉴和吸收省级示范幼儿园教育理念和内涵的目标,作为被帮扶幼儿园,我们从幼儿和教师的需求着手,以改进教师的教育理念、增进资源共享为出发点,在工作中坚持虚心
