螺旋钻铸钢件工作环境恶劣,需要有良好的铸件内部组织。利用Procast软件对原始的铸造工艺进行模拟分析,发现存在收缩类的缺陷。在此基础上,对原始工艺进行了优化,并对优化后的工艺进行了模拟分析。模拟结果显示,不存在收缩类缺陷。按照优化后的铸造工艺对样品进行了试制。经X射线和超声波检测,满足标准的要求。
Spiral drill steel working poor environment, the need for good casting internal organization. Procast software was used to simulate the original casting process and found that there was a defect of shrinkage class. On this basis, the original process is optimized, and the optimized process is simulated. Simulation results show that there is no shrinkage defects. Samples were tested according to the optimized casting process. The X-ray and ultrasonic testing to meet the standards.
