在模锻过程可视化研究中,提出采用混合单元模型及整体优化变形速度场的方法对模锻过程进行上限元法模拟。介绍该方法的基本思想、数学模型及处理过程。由于考虑了模锻斜度,并对金属变形体的边界速度与流动模式进行了优化,使得该方法具有更高的精度及更广泛的适用性。
In the process of visualization of swaging process, a hybrid element model and the overall optimization of the deformation velocity field are proposed to simulate the swaging process by the upper-bound element method. The basic idea, mathematical model and process of this method are introduced. Due to the consideration of the forging draft and the optimization of the boundary velocity and flow pattern of the metal deformation body, the method has higher accuracy and wider applicability.
