目的分析宁夏产葫芦巴挥发油的化学成分。方法采用超声-索氏提取组合法得到葫芦巴中的挥发油,利用GCMS分析其化学成分。结果与结论共鉴定出26种化合物,其中胺类、酸类、醇类、酯类、酮类分别占挥发油含量的0.54%、0.18%、66.32%、12.13%、0.61%。可为宁夏产葫芦巴的开发利用提供理论依据。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from fenugreek produced in Ningxia. Methods The volatile oil in fenugreek was obtained by ultrasonic-Soxhlet extraction and the chemical composition was analyzed by GCMS. Results and Conclusion A total of 26 compounds were identified. Amines, acids, alcohols, esters and ketones accounted for 0.54%, 0.18%, 66.32%, 12.13% and 0.61% of the volatile oil content respectively. It can provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of fenugreek produced in Ningxia.
