通过单头部、扇形和全环燃烧室的点火性能试验,对比了3种试验件贫油点火边界结果的关联与差异,同时对差异原因进行了讨论分析。进一步地,基于Lefebvre点火模型,通过数据拟合处理方法获得了各试验件贫油点火边界的经验公式,并得到它们之间的换算方程。研究表明:不同类型燃烧室试验件的贫油点火边界变化规律相同;同一状态做对比,全环试验件的贫油点火油气比则明显低于单头部和扇形件的相应值。
Through the ignition performance test of the single-head, fan-shaped and full-ring combustion chambers, the correlations and differences of the lean-burn ignition boundary conditions of the three kinds of test pieces were compared. At the same time, the differences were analyzed and discussed. Further, based on the Lefebvre ignition model, the empirical formula of the lean ignition boundary of each test piece was obtained by the data fitting method, and the conversion equation between them was obtained. The results show that the law of lean ignition boundary changes is the same for different types of combustion chamber test pieces. Compared with the same state, the lean gas-oil ratio of full ring test pieces is obviously lower than that of single head and sector pieces.
